    1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms on which we make our website (the “Website”) available to you.
    2. By accessing the Website you accept these Terms and so we recommend you read them carefully before you start to use the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website. If you are under 16 we recommend you get your parents / guardian to discuss these with you.

    1. We are Raspberry Pi Foundation and we run this Website on behalf of all of our group of companies.
    2. We are a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under registration number 06758215. Our registered address is 30 Station Rd, Cambridge, CB1 2JH. We are registered with the Charity Commission under registration number 1129409.

  3. Buying from the website
    1. We do not sell anything on the Website but we may provide links to other websites that do. Any items promoted for sale are not sold on this Website or by us. We recommend that you contact an authorised reseller.

    1. Our Website, and the content available on it, is protected by intellectual property rights. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, edit, communicate to the public or distribute the services, webpages or materials on the Website or the computer codes comprising the Website other than for your own personal use.       6. access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate the Website’s security measures.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user name confidential and for all activities that are carried out under them.     1. In using the Website, you confirm that:

  10. Raspberry Pi’s legal obligations
    1. You have certain rights under the law, including you right to receive a reasonable standard of services. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer. These Terms do not exclude or limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from negligence by us, our employees or agents or where our liability may not be otherwise limited by law.
    2. We do not accept any liability for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of the Website and we cannot promise that the Website and/or any files that you download are free from viruses, contamination or destructive features.
    3. Whilst we use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention, we do not promise that the information on the Website itself will be up-to-date or free from errors or omissions.
    4. We do not promise that the Website, or any software you may download from the website, will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition.
    5. All content and services on the Website are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not make any representation or give any warranty (whether express or implied) in respect of the Website or its content.     4. If you are not a consumer these Terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
